Lip augmentation and mouth got narrower?

Title might be misleading. I didnt get lip augmentation, but over the span of around 3 to 4 years my lip size and mouth width has changed for the worse and i cannot figure out why or how to revert it. Any ideas?

even so theres a difference in mouth width and lip size. Believe me its true.

of course, but shouldnt it go in the other direction? I mean shouldnt the mouth get wider instead of more narrow?
