90% of lip balm is just petroleum jelly. A tub of vaseline is cheaper and mogs most lip balms.

Here is the chapstick I've been using, it's just vaseline with some sun protectant in it (and not enough, it's only SPF 30, putting sunscreen on lips is more effective). My lips are extremely dry and applying a ton before bed helps a lot. So I go through about a stick a week and have to keep buying more. Just occurred to me today to actually read what this jewish scam is made of.

It doesn't absorb into my lips like lip balm does. It stays on the surface and gets in my mouth and I swallow it and it's not as good. I also don't want to get any on my fingers because it's greasy. Chapstick is portable and easy to use and feels better

Really? I find it's a similar texture. You use regular chapstick?

chapstick has micro glass particles in it they also put dick cheese in it for the wax effect

Just buy aquaphore lip repair. Only legit balm on the market.

I just use Nivea, does the job perfect, lip balm isn’t gonna increase your lip width, volume or shape JFL

Very ironic

It's literally petroleum jelly
Petroleum jelly is totally inert & non reactive for most people.
If it's not the case for you, go for a beeswax based balm. Burt's Bees original one for example.

Moisturizer? I tried that before with cerave and I couldn't take the taste. I'd imagine it works though

Exfoliate ur lips at morning and at night with a soft bristled tooth brush. I then follow up with Vaseline or Coconut oil. I don’t religiously spam usage of chapstick as I am well hydrated throughout the day

okay and? yes most good lip balm is majority petroleum jelly but that doesnt mean the other ingredients arent helpful
The other ingredients are just sun protectants though. Your sunscreen is just a better version of them and it can to be applied on the lips

I do exactly this. This is why a big tub of vaseline works for me since I don't need to reapply throughout the day.

Try Bepanthen. I always get chapped lips during winters, and this shit really works. Few ppl i recommended to who also often got chapped lips thanked me for it. that one famous wolf of wall street actress uses it too. Make sure to get the ointment though, not the cream.

you specifically posted the sun protectant one though. normal ones dont have the same ingredients. look at the one below for example for a normal one

Shit you're right. A lot of these seem to be humectants too while vaseline is just an occlusive, seems legit.

should you just put vaseline on your lips then

I should've made this thread clearer. By vaseline, I mean these things. A lot of lip balms is just this packaged in a small tube. Would be smarter just buying this + a humectent.

I don't mean moisturizers like these
