i use it everynight in winter, no harm in doing so. Just a little layer of panthenol cream and lock it in with vaseline.

Keep being hydrated , don’t brush them if you want them to become more of a dark red. And use vaseline every 2 hours on them

Dry brush with a toothbrush, stay hydrated, DIY sugar scrub: Sugar + chili flakes + honey/olive oil.
