Lip cutting

So i want to cut my lips for more width, but im too pussy to cut alot at a time and my parents will notice to fast, is doing a little bit every couple of days gonna have the same effect?

If i were you I wouldn't do this its going to look bad and unnatural due to the fact you're not actually making your lips any longer just cutting the side
