Lip Falio I can't find info on. Help please

I will show photos if its needed. But I have this problem where my lower lip sticks out way to much and is a ton bigger than my upper lip. The side project is the worse its makes me look retarded or smh. This is cuaased be my underbite which was fixed my now my lower lip as a lot more projection than my upper. It makes my chin look not as projected as it should be so this is a must fix for me.

Filler to balance out my upper lip would prolly fuck up my philtrum so maybe a lip lift? I need to do my research tho... If anyone has done a procedure for something similar to this lemme know as no one in talking about reducing lip size

No its flat to slight positive but yes I think that is a big issue as I have slight nasal folds and infras could be better which are quite good indicators of that

Nope just braces on my first 4 upper teeth when I was like 10-11
