I also kinda puff my lips out to try and fraud them so they are smaller then they look in the pics if that changes anything

if you're gonna do anything to your lips have it be a lip lift and clarify that it's to balance your features, not feminise them. lip filler looks inherently feminine by adding excessive volume/projection and will migrate into your cheeks anyway
