Lip Filler Recommendations

To start, I am wanting to get lip filler in my lips because I've always had thin lips.

I am thinking that I need to do a half syringe instead of a full, because full is probably going to look very uncanny. I also have braces in, which pushes and makes them look bigger than they actually are.

Any recommendations on what I should do?
