Lose weight bruh. Your mouth has an expanse of flesh and fat around it making it look small in comparison.

Get Palatal Expansion it’ll pushes not only the lips forward but also widens the moth, so you have better teeth (better smile), better mouth, lips etc.

Technically there are cope surgeries such as lip widening but could lead to scars on the edges and if your smiling it doesn’t look natural
