My main failo is my long midface(my midface ratio is less than 0.9)which obviously, looks bad. My nose length is perfect(5.3cm) but real problem comes along my philtrum(It is 1.8 or 1.9cm) . A 5mm lip lift Will ascend me AT LEAST 0.5PSL and Will make my subhuman current fWHR fromn1.74 to 1.88.
