never get lip reduction unless they are unironically extremely huge. too many risks, might look shitty, and if you get other/better surgeries like genioplasty, any/most jaw surgeries, your lip posture and thus the shape will look better/smaller. I speak out of experience, I almost got reduction surgery cause people called me N-word lips all the time
