I have seen many people here who are philtrumcels or that have thin upper lip, complaining about not wanting to get a lip lift because it will look gay. You are thinking of fillers in the lips and thats why it looks that way. Lets take a look at this result posted on Reddit today.
Granted, this is on a woman, but you can clearly tell that nothing really looks off with her lips, and look what a great fucking improvement it made for the philtrum. Thats from 17.5 mm, to 11. This is definitely worth spending money on if you fall in any of the two categories.
