Lip Lift vs Fillers Which One Actually Looks More Natural Long Term

For guys with a longer philtrum and thin upper lip is a bullhorn lip lift actually better than repeated fillers or does it usually end up looking too surgical over time
I keep seeing filler migration duck lip and uneven results but also see lip lift scars and over shortened upper lip issues
What actually ages better and looks more natural in real life not just pics
