I think that a bimax with ccw is more worth that’s my Plan for next summer so I’m workmaxxing rn

It'll be better then having a long philitrum, but it'll look a bit off mostly since your lips are already unbalanced. You'll just be skewing it more to that direction. Since it will add some volume/size to the upper lip. I'd just deal with it by getting some filler injected only into the lower.

Most the issues with filler and lips are from over injecting the top lip anyways.
