Lip lift

My long philtrum is biggest failo. Getting a lip lift would improve my harmony by a lot.

I will probably get it as soon as I turn 18. I am working to save up for it right now. Anyone know how much it’d cost to get it professionally WELL DONE? Also, did any of you get a lip lift, did you like the result?

u need to make sure ur midface ratio is >1 otherwise if u get a lip lift with a 1:1 midface u midface will get shorter. The problem may be ur subnasal base is too high not ur lips being too low.

It is my lips, my face looks good when i cover my lower third cause it doesnt look like a horse

I have a long philtrum too but my midface is perfectly 1:1. So the reason for my long philtrum (2cm) is a high subnasal base which is not easily fixable (prob not at all). But getting a lip lift will break my midface ratio even if it will fix my philtrum.

Bump. Guys, could you help me out. If I reduce my philtrum lenght, will my modface ratio go up or down. Current midface ratio is 1:0.96. So could my midface ratio be too comapact after the procedure? Thanks!
