lip lightening

Anyone know how to lighten lips to fully pink without laser?

I have genetic black on upper lips and then pink below and it descends me hard

Never heard of laser on lips for pink lips but i can tell you from my experience that my lips get way more pink during the summer. Or atleast appears more pink, i guess i cant be 100% sure.
