Lip reduction or jaw surgery?

What to do with these subhuman lips and recessed small jaw? Could jaw surgery/implants make my lips better? Or do i need both?

are you recessed? post profile man.
in some cases jaw surgery could improve your lips, nose, eyes... etc.... First fix the base then work on your features later.

jaw looks fine, lips have nice shape but reduction would be good.

I heard there is a big risk of scaring? Anybody on here got the surgery?

only eppley performs it yeah.
I've seen the scarring photos and they don't look too bad at all tbf.
You can get a revision to remove them completely if you want too
as far as I know no-one here has had it done
