Lip Reduction

Should I get lip reduction. My lips are so fucking full and they look so feminine compared to my other features. Plus they make my philtrum is hella short as well. I legit have better lips than 90% foids. Would've mogged if i was born as the other gender but alas.

Bigger mouth/lips is ideal so long as you have a big lower third eg. Long ramus, Square chin.
