Lip seal at night

I never mouthbreathe at night but i do sometimes sleep with my mouth open while breathing through my nose.

Is there anyway to prevent this other than buying mouthtape?

Sleeping with a ball gag with help too.

I do happen to tape my mouth as I cannot think of a better alternative to keep my lips sealed permanently at night either.

If you still wish to give it a go, I would recommend using 3m micropore tape.

Same. But I do it only when I notice my nose being slightly stuffed or a propensity to breath through my mouth that day

Mouthtape is super cheap and there are no side effects, it's the best solution for your problem imo. (well if it's a side effect of recession, bimah would be better I guess)
