yes but it can also cause skin darkening and hyperpigmentation so lips would be smaller but discoloured

a Lateral commisuroplasty is a surgery but it can make the lips less wide if thats what you’re asking. if your lips are too big like tall just get fat pulled out of it, no natural ways to thin lips
