My top lip is smaller then bottem what can be the cause of this low fat or maxilla bone?.

I looks like it kinda curls inward because if i press my fingers above my lips they look normal?

My philtrum doesnt have a lot of protrution also but my maxilla itself is pretty good?

What are the fixes and any non surgical?
