Lip-stretching orthosis - Where can I buy one?

I recently spoke with somebody who successfully increased the resting width of his lips by ~1 cm via stretching with a custom orthosis. I did some more research and it does seem like there's decent evidence supporting the efficacy of stretching. Anyway, I tried to find an orthosis online, but I couldn't find anything. Does anybody know where I can find one?

Some guy previously made up his own and gave the dimensions and instructions so you could just get the device 3d printed. Haven't tried it myself but the link is below:
