maybe lip lift? go to a good surgeion and don't do too much tho it can look uncanny and gay

Your mouth commisure is certain way I think it's upper lip lift or anything else I'm not expert so superficial also you need taller lower third and thick neck

Id say cut ur lips and canthus ur eyebags dont look great either maybe get hydrocortisone for ur nose
