In my opinion it either makes or breaks how attractive ur lips look. Negatively tilted lips just look so repulsing like ew. Having postivive tilted lips with decent Cupid bow= mogger lips

I have resting bitch face downturned lips so it might sound like coping but I don't think it's THAT important

i have neutral lip tilt with a pretty good cupid's bow and upper:lower lip proportion but my lip texture is horrible since i bite them all the time
