Is there any actual good ways to improve lip volume for small mouthcels.

Lip filler seems retarded cuz it can obviously migrate
Lip implants seems retarded cuz they can look fake asf and u will always feel them there unlike lip filler.

I saw some people saying volufiline but seems like cope idk.

I havent really seen threads on this so just wanted to ask.
