i sterilised my tool, im constantly cleaning it and it doesn’t hurt much, after the cut it’s just irritating

I had it done for the first time today, and it hurt a lot. Did you notice any difference in the pain level between the first time and subsequent visits? I imagine it must hurt more because the mouth is already sore.
