Marpe could do it if you are young enough. The surgical alternative is a lip commisureplasty, which I have never seen a before and after from it without scarring so if you do it really make sure you choose a proper surgeon.

Strengthen muscles around mouth area by eating by premolars only, s-tier results. Also apply a warm/hot wet towel every night, exfoliate when needed, apply vaseline (with sugar if you want) and watch it grow
