I was researching lipo vela cause I wanted to target face fat and the 2 ingredients it has are phosphatidylcholine and Sodium Deoxycholate, and i found an article online with patients who used lipodissolve, which has similar ingredients

article I found :

according to the article, a lipodissolve (not lipo vela but both have the 2 ingredients i previosly listed) has caused mycobacterium at the site the lipodissolve solution was targeted and pinned at, causing infection that looks like this

After finding this I am rather considering buying a UV caviation machine to target face fat than rather using a fat dissolver

I have had similar "cysts" or "knots" after injecting yes Lipovela V, but they went away after weeks and using azelaic acid and retinoid. I personally think the reason was allergic reaction to knew substance but also injecting the needle and fat dissolver too superficially to the skin.

I didn't use alcohol wipes nor sterilize my hands before injecting nor change not change the needle tip. It was my own mistake.

Yes it works. It's direct fat dissolver but I think aqualyx is more better as a fat dissolver but lipovela-V as a whole product because it has skin tightening ingredients and glutathione

would regular lipo vela be better as a fat dissolver than lipo v for face fat or should i js get lipo v

I dont know but most likely yes because body fat dissolvers usually have more potent/stronger concentrations of the ingredients.

Lmao and your wondering why this happened

I wasn't wondering. I knew exactly that those red irritated spots weren't acne even tho I still have mild acne.
