Lipo Vela Questions

Does anyone know the ACTUAL recovery time in between lipo vela sessions? Theres threads saying 2 weeks but others that say 4. I want to get through as many sessions as possible before summer ends (2 weeks recovery would be great if it’s true) but I’d rather not face risks from too little recovery time. Additionally what temperature should i store my bottles at and how deep should I go with an 8 mm needle (both for cheeks and submental)?
