For the second session,

I pined 20ui/ points.
10points/cheek

so 4ml for both.

Take inconsideration that this is what I have done,
Nothing stops you from doing 4ml/cheek.

but please, do not pin more than 20ui/p , its was the absolute max for me,
the liquid at the end was struggling to get out of the syringe.



The bloat now,

last time btw with 1ml per cheek ,

its was almost nothing, 4 days and its was gone.


but this time its different,
most likely because I doubled the dose and that I butchered myself with no lidocaine for 30min,

for the bloat its clearly x2 size , x2 duration .

its not completely gone, there still some stiff areas in my cheeks.

maybe because of the 2 air bubbles I injected in my left cheeks. idk

The lighting in the first 2 pictures are different from the 3 others and you are also clenching ur jaw this is observed because of ur masseter muscles being projected which they usually only are when ur clenching or biting

The issue isn’t the hollowness but he has some weird bumps and irregularities in his cheeks now which are visible due to the fat loss. Could be over developed muscles that need Botox or it’s just fat lumps from dissolving that will slowly go away in time. Jfl at gaunt, u only look gaunt if u lose fat around your eyes and perhaps midface, lower third angularity or death
