Supplies used:
Lipo vela V 5ml vial
2x 30G 8mm needle
18G drawing needle
3ml luer lock syringe
Alcohol prep pads
Cotten balls
Surgical marker
This is the first injection I’ve ever done so I went a little crazy disinfecting my entire work area and supplies, probably a good thing. I laid everything out washed my face and then disinfected with prep pads. I drew on the lines pretty sloppily tbh. During the first few injections I honestly started questioning what the fuck I’m doing with my life. I relaxed and put on some music and finished doing my cheeks. I called my gf for a little then decided to do my sub mental region as well. I hadn’t researched that area that much but what’s the worst that can happen right? I draw the lines on pretty badly again, I had know idea how far laterally to go so I just melt maxed and marked wherever I had a double chin appear. I’m very lean (terrible chin tho so I need more definition) so injecting was pretty scary because I needed to pinch the entire time. Everything’s going alright and I’m marking off spots as I go, then I get to the right most edge I marked. I’m injecting but the liquid won’t go in, I try pressing harder and it still won’t (thank god). So I pull out and it looks like there’s an egg on the side of my fucking neck. I didnt freak out just doctor gpt and robot boyo said it’s probably chill cus no liquid went in. I applied ice and swelling went down now it just hurts to the touch.
Honestly ts is seems scarier than filler bc if you inject into an artery you’re just fucked and you need to do dozens of injections, times multiple sessions. The outcome I’ve heard isn’t super crazy so this might be a bit low roi. Overall I would not recommend but I’m gonna finish my sessions anyways bc I’m not a pussy.
Pictures for proof of course, wish I took a picture of the lump before it went away that would’ve been cool. The spot where it swelled is the far side away from the Xs.
