just inject 45 degrees on the malar fat pad which I assume is what you mean the nasal cavity. I recommend going as far from the nose as possible its a hot bed of nerves and vessels.

honestly I used lipolab and it didnt work never done lipolysis since this but ive seen better results from deoxycholic acid only based lipolysis agents like aqualyx dr lipo kabelline
