Most likely will turn everyone into a responder to minoxidil topically, and will also be way more effective. No alcoholic liquid.

Only problem is I would assume it could have side effects as 5% minoxidil sulfate equates to 50MG, with 5% minoxidil that's not a problem because it has to be converted to minoxidil sulfate. However I'm worried that since it already is converted and stable if it could have side effects that we have with oral minoxidil, maybe even worse. Who knows, ill keep looking into it.
