what surgery is the current best for a wider mouth while keeping the same nasal base/width? i would get mse but it can make my nose bigger and also the before and afters dont make the mouth seem much larger

i tried mouth stretching for a month but the gains always disappeared over night

also name a surgeon if you can who can perform said surgery

i know about mouth widening surgery but i dont know any doctor besides eppley who performs it
