Lips reduction, any idea how to get it done??

so my case is that my lips(median lips) make visualy small my chin, not over yet until i hear some replays

my case is not that bad for a chin implant hahh, my face have harmony but its just my lips hahah

When getting older, the lips become smaller because the Orbiculari Oris gets hyperactive. Speculation (not proven): if you train this muscle, logically it would make your lips smaller?
