1 Year Ago, I struggled with this issue of my lips.
so I'm here to help.
LIPS Are a very major thing on your looks, so please don't outlook them.
1) Why lips lose volume
Collagen, elastin, and subcutaneous fat decline with age. Blood flow and hydration drop too.
2) Topical methods that work
Hyaluronic acid (HA): Clinically shown to increase hydration and short-term plumpness. Look for low-molecular-weight HA serums.
Peptides + ceramides: Improve texture and barrier strength.
Castor oil or squalane: Lock in moisture and smooth lips. Castor oil gives a glossier look; patch test first.
SPF balm: Prevents UV damage, which thins lips fast.
3) Circulation & exercise (natural maxxing)
Jogging/cardio: It boosts overall blood flow and water distribution, improving lip color and tone. Regular exercise makes lips look fresher and fuller.
Overall, Exercise & Circulation Improves your looks plus your health, so I highly recommend doing it regardless whether or not your lipsmaxxing.
It makes you look more ripe & young due to better circulation thus the body is relaxed.
4) Hardmaxxing (permanent or major results)
HA Fillers: Reversible, 6–12 months, best ratio of safety to result. (but you likely don't care, do you?)
Fat grafting: Longer lasting but surgical.
Lip lift: Permanent, reshapes upper lip; done by plastic surgeon.
AVOID Implants: It has a bad reputation, your lips are gonna become incredibly hideous to the point of pure disgust.
5) For Daily Routines, I recommend these.
Morning: SPF + HA or peptide lip serum
Day: Stay hydrated, avoid licking or smoking
Night: Apply castor oil or occlusive balm
Weekly: Gentle exfoliation
Overall..
All of these, WILL Help you.
