Use this as a "library" for looksmaxxing methods to help new users that are confused because of the BS that is posted on the forum. I will start:

Skincare - cleansing, moisturizing, sunscreen, tretininoin, isotretinoin AKA accutane

Skin tone: Beta-carotene (supplement or carrots), astaxanthin, melanotan 2

Hair: Medium-long, should be used to hide your failos: if you have a lightbulb head, you grow the hair out to hide it. Tiktok is a good option for hairstyle inspiration

Body: Gym is essential, training all muscles is good but put an emphasis on shoulders, chest and back since they are the most aesthetic body parts

Bodyfat: to achieve low BF (8-12%), it all comes down to caloric deficit, nothing else - use a calorie calculator on google to see how many calories you should eat. Cardio and weightlifting can help burn calories so they are essential when you are cutting/leanmaxxing

this is true, tho. If you actually need looksmaxx, it's over. Basic looksmaxxing methods like gymceling, haircut and skincare is common among normies and thats all.

Castor oil on lashes is really underestimated.
In less than 5 months my eyelash size increased noticeably; yeah it takes time but it's worth it.

Roids is one of the biggest looksmaxxes on here just don't overdo it
