1. I'm an Indian and I didn't realize how big of a failo it is.
2. I'm just half an inch above 6'1"... but knowing that I will shrink in the future as an oldcel is depressing.

I was already aware of these things but needed a reminder to work on myself again. Personally it's:

- higher than usual bodyfat %. I was never lean. My diet is very good now, i'm interested in nutrition and like to cook. The problem is I don't move for most of the day so my metabolism is fucked. Doing IM and fasting 2 days per week now.
- chubby cheeks, partly genetical (where i'm from it's not uncommon, depending on how good you got fed as child) but also related to bodyfat.
- protruding eyeballs and subpar eye area in general. This is related to the bad vision I inherited, when you're short sighted your eyes tend to be large. Will get vision surgery in the next 10 years (apparently there's a new tech out there that's less invasive than Lasik, 2.5 k per eye)
- salami nipples. I assume it's related to gynecomastia, will evaluate again once i reach low bodyfat.
- high hairline, receding hairline. I don't experience any hair loss currently and still have a lot of hair, but the hair line itself is extremely high. Can overcome it with good haircut (short on sides, longer infront), also using Minoxidil currently.
- Overbite, hence the name. 6 mm. Options are Invisalign or Jaw surgery. I don't really want to fuck with the surgery so i'll get Invisalign this year.

There's probably some more but these are the most crucial points right now.
