I am currently planning a lefort 1 + sliding genioplasty, im currently 17,5, and want to get the procedure asap.
i can sue my father for 9k once i am 18, so that will be my start budget.
I have an crossbite, an assymetrical bite, mandible assymetry (one side more developed than the other), and an severly recessed maxilla, i would consider my face near to being almost flat, its lowkey just the nose that isnt my side profile making me look completely flatten down

Yes but be prepared for a lot of shit too obv. Take proper UNFRAUDED front 3/4th and side profile shots, keep your info relevant and brief, a full face CT scan would tremendously help too

Caging at suing your dad for surgery money. And bro 9k is not even close to enough. Try 50k to be safe factoring in everything. This shit is no joke, your life for the next 3-5 years is going to be revolving around first wageslaving for, then logistically sorting out, getting and recovering from surgery. And I can almost guarantee you that that won’t be the end of the journey. It never ends. Adopt a long term mindset for this and don’t completely financially cripple yourself along the way
