Main problem is the lower third, almost everything, not trying to be an asshole but that's the truth, now, the positive part is that the lower third is actually really easy and "cheap" in a way to correct with surgerys or softmaxx, if u can correct side profile with implants 4 example, ur side profile and face will be completely saved.
