Reduction of oppicital bone will kill you if someone punch you
Flat forehead can't be frauded with implants IT will look uncanny as hell
You can't lower supraorbitals with implants cause IT will touch your eyeball

True, medial can't be changed, PCT are bones and tendoms
Midface is ML3 with ccw L1. Maybe FM with MARPE will be succesful(in theory give a lot of upward movement)

short torso is indeed brutal. How long is ur torso and how many inches long does a torso have to be to be considered short? Its bad because most tinder slayers (physique slayers) have long torsos and are able to RTT and add a lot of mass and just be big and lean with tren but with a short torso you can't even do that because there's barely any space to add the muscle (muscle attaches to bone). At least that's what I've observed its suicidefuel tbh

Highly doubt surgeon would offer ocippital bone reduction if it was highly increasing risk of death, they dont shave whole bone lol, it depends on someone's bone thickness how much it can be shaved.
Also there is a lot results of infraorbital rim implants which helps with undereye support, there are also results of supraorbitals as well. Also lefort 2 can help with infraorbitals.

There was one more surgeon in India and i have read somewhere that some craniofacial surgeons can perform this. Im saying this one more time, if u follow doctor's advice there is no risk of making bone too thin. Anyways unless you have comical occipit there is no need to perform this.
