Height, can be corrected via surgery, I think it's 4 inches, and you can cheat 1 inch with shoes, which would make a 5'6 guy go to 5'11.
It has implants for cheekbones.
You can change the phenotype, Michael Jackson is an example. Or just changing some details, like rhinoplasty, changing hair, lenses, etc.
Small Penis, extenders, I didn't go deep but it has legitimate methods for dickmax.
Lack of high iq, so once you have 100 iq, you may be able to pursue a career.

It can definitely change your canthal tilt.

Those 3 things can be changed. Mouth width can easily be changed. There are many surgeries for eye area. Only midface is a bit more advanced

The only way to fix mouth width is surgery and it leaves behind bad scars so most people are better off without it
