List of all MSDO Providers worlwide (Help me complete it)

Unfortunately MSDO is very rare to get. Currently I have only found 2 professional MSDO providers so far:

Dr. Joseph Yousefian form the US as mentioned in an old JawCast

Dr. Sylvain Chamberland from Quebec from this study https://www.aadsm.org/docs/jdsm.4.10.2020.cr2.pdf

I am not aware of any others. Do you know any more? With this thread I would like to bring all MSDO providers together, that everyone can get it. Please add your suggestions. Thank you.

yeah. some people need it maybe due to sleep apnea or because they have a small chin or to expand with MSE further to enhance fwthr ratio for e.g. (without MSDO, MSE expansion is limited). anyway this is not about how useful some people find it or not. this thread is about getting all providers together, that people who need MSDO can find a professional practitioner.
