Here are mine.

1. Gluttony & overeating. I have a huge appetite and constant craving for junk food, especially when stressed or bored.

2. Impatience. I want results instantly and get irritated when things or people move slowly


3. Extreme competitiveness & stubbornness always want to win and hate backing down. often has created unnecessary conflicts and pressure.

4. Impulsive decision making. Act fast on urges and i reflect on it afterwards than before


5. Alcohol – drink alcohol almost everyday. Wouldn't say depend or addicted to it but need to limit it's consumption

6. Addiction to online forums Constant scrolling, debating, and doom watching threads on reddit, this forum, X and 4chan

7. Insecurity from years of neglect. Still healing from those old wounds as a teenager. Got into depression few years back due to this and still have feelings of self doubt and inadequacy


8. Short fuse. Small delays, slow people, or inefficiency triggers me very quickly

9. Easily bored. I always want something new, novel and challenging. Calmness and stillness isn't something that is in my dictionary

Short fuse for certain things

Murderous thoughts (I have the worst intrusive thoughts about killing people for slighting me. I would never do that, even if I could get away with it, but dwelling on them is almost an addiction. Usually over things family members have said to me I'm the past. Some things that happened more than 30 years ago.)

Lust - I can't help but imagine fucking good looking girls I meet or see when I'm out. Though I never would even flirt with a woman outside my marriage I can't help but imagine having my way with them. I can help it actually.

Procrastination - I always get the shit I need to get done done, but I torture myself about it by putting it off. Usually paperwork or errands that I cannot delegate to my wife. I hate paperwork so much.

Thus forum - I really should cut back. I haven't read a fucking book in years. I used to read a whole lot of books. Both non fiction and classic literature.
