Contribute with the names of the best surgeons you know for the following procedures irrespective of the price tag. QUESTIONS:

2. Should one opt for a specialist for each surgery or let one surgeon do a combination (eg. chin/nose- same surgeon)?

1. Everyone is going to have their own bias
2. Look at the results for each surgeon and you'd be able to tell what they typically do for most cases and how they judge good aesthetic outcomes because they select the pictures to show
3. Every surgeon is likely to have a slightly different plan for you, especially for jaw surgery
4. If money is no object, why not choose a few and consult? I saw 6 OMFS before I picked mine.
