The dicothomy of bluepilled and blackpilled doctors is not real.

Maxfac doctors will plan the advancement which best fits your face, so if you want an extreme advancement just tell the surgeon that you are willing to take the risk of becoming uncanny in order to have a massive forward growth.

I am telling that outcome isn't good always. I don't think the average psl autist is more knowledgeable than surgeons. Surgeons should decide what patient needs. For example, yaremchuk doesn't let you involve in the design process.
