2. Devil's Breath - Turns people into zombies memory wiped, criminal tendencies, severe anticholinergic poisoning seizures, coma. Recreational use almost always ends badly.

3. Fentanyl- Extreme chances of addiction and even milligrams here and there can kill you

4. Krokodil. Especially if it is homemade Flesh-eating necrosis from toxic impurities, gangrene, amputations are all common. You are literally rotting alive.

5. PCP - Extreme violent dissociation, superhuman delusions, self harm and permanent brian damage

I don't think so. I haven't taken anything but I've read stories on reddit. The ones I listed are the true one hit and life ruined category. Heroine,MDMA, Opioids all induce euphoria way beyond sex or food or love but are more than recoverable. It only takes repeated use. The ones I listed have a profound effects and are usually unrecoverable for everyone but the ones with iron resolve.

I’ve had fentanyl at the hospital, more than once. The big league hydros like dilaudid are morphine based and there’s a huge difference, they’re not only euphoric but they can kill the worst of pain instantaneously, it’s like magic. This is why they have legitimate medical purposes. But fentanyl doesn’t do this, it’s a cheap substitute for morphine that’s more like a head high that only distracts you from the pain. And that’s why it’s so easy to overdose on.

In my experience one of the worst drugs and for sure the most looksminning one is meth. Even a few months of it and people come out with missing teeth and raisin skin. Go to any poor town west of the Rockies and you guys will see what I mean so it’s legit absurd to me that people on here are talking about it.

i've done scopolamine and have taken pills laced with fentanyl before neither are honestly that bad unless you overdose i didn't even know they had fent until way later

There was another drug popular in the same time period as krokodil, coaxil. It's originally an antidepressant, but Russian junkies boiled multiple pills in water and possibly mixed it with other shit and then injected it.

i wouldnt say mdma makes you feel euphoria that is incomparable to real life

everything ive felt on mdma feels like something ive felt before. infact it feels like already existing feelings being "released"
