Calcitonin:

Construct bone, reduce blood Ca

Secretion of this hormone is controlled directly by the blood's calcium levels. When the levels start to increase, the body responds with increased calcitonin levels. When calcium levels drop, so do calcitonin levels.

Osteocalcin

Favors muscle function, memory formation, testosterone synthesis and energy expenditure[1

Physical exercise can significantly increase the levels of osteocalcin.

Melatonin:

Circadian rhythm. Affects HGH.

Can be increased by taking a melatonin supplement before sleep.

Triiodothyronine

Metabolism

Several health studies have shown that T3 and T4 hormone levels increase with exercise.

Ghrelin

HGH secretion and stimulates appetite.

High intensity exercise transiently increases plasma ghrelin. Without ghrelin action on its receptors (growth hormone secretagogue receptors), exercise markedly reduces food intake.

Growth hormone-releasing hormone

Releases HGH.

Lose body fat for optimal production.

Oxytocin

release breast milk
Stimulates contraction of cervix and vagina. Involved in orgasm, trust between people,[2] and circadian homeostasis (body temperature, activity level, wakefulness).[3

Jack off less to decrease it.

Prolactin

To decrease it jack off less and stop taking antidepressants.

Somatostatin

Inhibit release of GH and TRH from anterior pituitary
Suppress release of gastrin, cholecystokinin (CCK), secretin, motilin, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), gastric inhibitory polypeptide (GIP), enteroglucagon in gastrointestinal system
Lowers rate of gastric emptying
Reduces smooth muscle contractions and blood flow within the intestine[4]
Inhibit release of insulin from beta cells[5]
Inhibit release of glucagon from alpha cells[5]
Suppress the exocrine secretory action of pancreas
Dexamethasone decreases Somatostatin.

Thyroid stimulating hormone

secrete thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3

Vitamin D and exercise increase TSH.

Everyone is only talking about T here as if there aren’t other hormones in the body.
