he does all the revision surgeries for fucked up blepharoplasties (when the lower eyelid starts to hang down) in germany, failed canthoplasty etc in germany... also founder of the german society of lid surgery, so isnt anyone better than him

keep searching for an oculoplastic surgeon (translate in your language) in your area, often they offer to do fillers too
