-you can't "framemax", aka change your bone structure by widening clavicles with exercises. Swimmers don't have wide clavicles because of swimming, but because wide clavicles made them good at swimming. (idk why there is Botb thread on framemaxxing)
-heightmaxxing only helps you reach your genetic potential. Injecting hgh will only help people with idiomatic short statures BEFORE puberty and even then it's not sure for them to grow much taller

-milk doesn't make you taller, even if it's "raw". Just have adequate calcium intake and don't worry about this shit.
-mental health is extremely important and understated in this forum.

Gut microbiome is insanely important, and very underrated. Some people should avoid grains, others should avoid dairy, everyone responds differently honestly. Diet is insanely complex IMO.

potassium to sodium ratio in the sense that you going from a ratio of 2/1 to 4/1 doesn't have an effect on face. Obviously you need to consume more potassium but restricting sodium is retarded
