Dr. Epplay - said ideal solution would be lefort 2 but mid face augmention with rib graft + implant can help

Dr brusco - not performing lefort 3 and would not recommend for aesthetic purpose
Dr ramieri - said the best solution would be lefort 3 but it's major but high cut lefort 1 + malar implant can help
Realsurgerymaxxer - for maximum aesthetic purpose would be lefort 2 with implant but there is customized implant that can help, need more details in consultation with ct scan
